Instruction received to take forward residential re-development of a block of stables in urban area
Lewis Michael have today been instructed to take forward a proposed conversion of a stable block to create new housing.
Proposals submitted for 3 storey commercial office building at strategic Business development site
Lewis Michael are proud to announce that we have commenced discussions with a local authority over a proposed 3 storey office development on land at a key strategic redevelopment site. Further news regarding this project will be issued in due course when the proposals have reached a stage whereby the planning application has been submitted.
Lewis Michael has been instructed to take forward the conversion of a former day care centre.
The site, the proposal, the use and design remain confidential for the moment. It is likely the development will consist of predominantly residential units with some commercial ground floor units also.
Planning Application Submitted for proposals to extend Chequers Inn Public House in the Green Belt
Lewis Michael has today submitted a planning application for the proposed extensions and alterations to a public house outside of Bristol and Bath. The proposals would provide additional visitor and staff accommodation as well as improved facilities for guests in the public eating area.
