Instruction received to take forward conversion of derelict school in World Heritage Site

Lewis Michael are proud to announce that they will be coordinating the design and planning application / development process of the conversion of derelict building that operated as a Victorian School and more recently as a commercial premises to varying industrial business types.

Since its last use some 20 years or so ago, the building has fallen into disrepair. The pre-planning stages will take some time to navigate considering the complexities and sensitivity of the site so we will post further news as and when it becomes available.
